Thanks to its wide gripping range, the grapple can be used not only for handling large logs, but also for forestry thinning and sorting individual logs.

- Grapple weight approx. 600 kg – heavy-duty and robust construction.

- Protected hydraulic cylinders and hoses – the hydraulic components are positioned inside the grapple structure, so if a log falls onto the grapple, the hydraulic cylinders, piston rods and hoses are protected from damage.

- Hardened pins and self-lubricating composite bushings – the jaws pivot on hardened pins fitted in self-lubricating composite bushings, which reduce friction and wear of the moving joints while minimizing maintenance requirements.

- Hardox lower wear surfaces – when picking up timber from the ground, the main grapple structure is protected from wear, while the abrasion-resistant Hardox surfaces with a hardness of 450–500 HB slide along the ground.

- Hardox jaw tips – the front sections of the jaws, which come into contact with the timber and the ground, are made from abrasion-resistant Hardox steel with a hardness of 450–500 HB.

The grapple is suitable for loading, moving, stacking and sorting logs.

In addition to large grapples for wheel loaders and telehandlers, we also manufacture smaller versions for skid steer loaders, tractors with front loaders, backhoe loaders and other working machines. We can adapt the mounting system to your specific machine and quick hitch type.
